中国环保科技创新奖评选活是由亚洲科技创新同盟会于2013年发起设立的、面向全国范围内的环保企业和科技工作者展开的大型评选活动。活动旨在通过大奖的评选和表彰，树立环保行业技术创新的标杆和榜样，分享环保领域内先进的研发技术及优秀的实践经验，进而提升中国环保行业的整体技术创新和发展水平。第二届中国环保科技创新奖评选活动的具体实施细则如下：
一、评选范围
全国范围内从事环保行业领域内相关工作的企业和技术工作人员均可报名参选。

中国环保科技创新最具影响力人物奖（10位）
中国环保科技创新突出贡献人物奖（10位）
中国环保科技创新最具影响力企业奖（5家）
中国环保科技创新突出贡献企业奖（5家）
三、评选标准
1、中国环保科技创新最具影响力人物奖评选标准
个人在中国环保行业领域内具有一定的知名度和美誉度
具有丰富的理论和实践经验
个人在环保行业领域内持续推动变革，不断发现和创造新价值
个人拥有对信息环保领域科技发展具有重大开创性、指导性的理论研究成果
个人在环保行业技术创新方面的理论和实践对于推动行业发展产生积极而持久的影响
2、中国环保科技创新突出贡献人物奖评选标准
个人在中国环保行业领域内具有一定的知名度和美誉度
个人从事环保行业领域相关工作3年以上，具有丰富的理论和实践经验
个人拥有对信息环保领域科技发展具有重大开创性、指导性的理论研究成果
个人在环保行业领域内持续推动变革，不断发现和创造新价值
个人拥有5项以上对信息环保领域具有重大贡献的研究成果
个人在环保行业技术创新方面的理论和实践对于推动行业发展产生积极而持久的影响
3、中国环保科技创新最具影响力企业奖评选标准
企业在环保行业技术发展方面不断突破创新
企业拥有自己的核心技术，主要产品拥有自主知识产权
企业在行业内具有极强的影响力，业绩持续处于行业领先地位
企业在经营过程中，积极履行社会责任，具有一定的公众认可度和美誉度
4、中国环保科技创新突出贡献企业奖评选标准
企业在环保行业技术发展方面不断突破创新，并已取得多项代表性技术创新成果
企业拥有自己的核心技术，主要产品拥有自主知识产权
企业在行业内具有极强的影响力，业绩持续处于行业领先地位
企业在本年度内开展了一系列技术创新推广活动，并取得显著效果
企业在经营过程中，积极履行社会责任，具有一定的公众认可度和美誉度
四、评选原则及方法
评选活动秉承公平、公正、公开的评审原则，邀请环保行业领域内的知名专家学者和媒体代表组成专家评审委员会对参选的企业和个人进行评选。
五、评选流程
报名阶段：2013年12月10日至2014年1月15日
初审：2014年1月16日至2014年2月17日
复审：2014年2月17日至2014年2月22日
颁奖典礼：2014年3月4日
The Regulations for the Second China Environmental Technology Innovation Award Selection
Founded in 2013, the China Environmental Technology Innovation Selection was held by Asian Technology Innovation Alliance (ATIA) for nationwide environmental protection enterprises and scientific and technical workers. The award aims to establish the benchmark of the industry, share advanced technologies and outstanding practical experience and further promote the overall technological innovation and development level. The regulations for the second China Environmental Technology Innovation Award Selection are listed below:

2. Selection Criteria for Outstanding Contribution Figure

To win a certain reputation and recognition in environmental protection industry;

To have abundant theoretical and practical experience with at least three years’ working experience related to the industry;

To contribute creative and instructional achievements to the information and environmental protection industry

To own at least five influential research achievements in information and environmental protection

3. Selection Criteria for Most Influential Enterprise

IV. Selection Criteria and Method
In accordance with the evaluation principle of fairness, impartiality and openness, we will invite well-known experts and media in the industry to be the judging committee to select the elite enterprises and individuals.
